Who it suits
The cheaper listing exists; it is not the work I sign. The centre, El Palo, Pedregalejo, Teatinos: different rhythms. Winter is liveable. I say that before I show you a penthouse “with a view”.
How I help
First I listen: what the home is for and what you really want to spend. Then I filter the market, sometimes with colleagues, and show you a few homes worth the trip. I read the paperwork before you make an offer and go with you to the notary.
