I am Raluca. I work independently in Andalusia with buyers who speak Romanian. Petrami is the name I work under, not a franchise.
How I work
I select. I read the nota simple before we book the trip, when the file allows it. Winter, slope and water decide whether a house is liveable. I do not send you 40 links to look busy.
What I do not do
I do not sell with pressure. I do not promise yield. I am not a lawyer and I am not a notary — I name those when they are chosen.
Where I come from
I speak Romanian as at home: it is the language I work with you in, not an extra. Andalusia is where I live and work, not a weekend destination. Winter, slope and water I know because I am here, not because I read them in a listing.
Languages
Romanian, Spanish, English. Spanish legal terms (NIE, escritura, notario, ITP, IBI) stay in Spanish. I explain them once, clearly.
Partners
The lawyer is yours, not the seller’s and not “mine”. The notary belongs to the transaction. I write the names when there is agreement — not to fill the page.
