I am Raluca. Behind Petrami Signature is me, not an anonymous team. A real home starts with understanding you: your pace, your family, what home means. That is why I do not treat a purchase like paperwork. Premium, for me, is not only a costly address. It is the care with which I walk beside you.
I listen. I understand. I adapt.

Where I come from
I have worked in property, sales, client care, operations and administration. On the Costa del Sol I sold selected homes independently for a legal professional — I do not put the name here. That taught me the market, and above all how to listen. No two people are the same. Each decides differently. That is the base of how I work today.
How I walk with you
You deserve to feel looked after — not like a number.
Petrami Signature grew from that. Whether you seek a home, a second house, an investment or a sale: the path should feel personal and clear. From the first message to the last paper, you are with me.
If you buy
I search with you, suggest a few carefully chosen homes, arrange viewings, support negotiation and stay with you to the escritura. NIE, real costs, winter: before an offer.
If you sell
I place the house well, honest photos, reach also to buyers from abroad — including Romania. The mandate says exclusive or collaboration. No eighty empty viewings.
My measure
Quality over volume. I work mainly from about €400,000. Not the biggest portfolio — the right house for you. One by one.
Costa del Sol — and further if it deserves it
My axis is the Costa del Sol, east to west. If price and house deserve it, I open the map to the rest of Andalusia. The right place is not always where the search began.

Languages
I work in Romanian, Spanish and English. German with Bernhard on the contact page. What matters is that you feel understood — in your language and on paper.
What I do not do
I do not push you to sign. I do not promise yield. I am not a lawyer and not a notary — I name those when the time comes.
Partners
The lawyer is yours, not the seller's and not “mine”. The notary belongs to the transaction. I write names when there is agreement — not to fill the page.
