The buyer

I look for the right person, also from Romania — not a rain of viewings. I tell you plainly what I have read and what is missing. You do not fill a living room so that I look busy.

The mandate

In writing: exclusive or collaboration. Honest photos, not only sunsets. A price I can explain to someone serious. What you pay me is in the mandate, with IVA, before we start.

What I do not promise

I do not take homes I cannot explain. I do not promise a sale deadline. I do not fill your diary with empty viewings.
