If you have a good house in Andalusia, I want to hear it. I listen first. If I cannot defend it, I will say so.

The buyer

I look for the right buyer, including from Romania, not a rain of viewings. I tell you in Romanian and on paper: what I have read, what is missing. You do not fill the sitting room so that I look busy.

The mandate

A written mandate: exclusive or collaboration. Honest photographs, not a catalogue of sunsets. A price I can explain to a serious buyer, not a pride figure. What you pay me is in the mandate, with IVA, before I start.

What I do not promise

I do not take homes I cannot explain. I do not promise a sale date. I do not fill your diary with empty viewings.
