Whoever writes to me stays with me. I do not sell lists. I do not place ad pixels without asking you.

Data: name, phone, email, what you are looking for, indicative budget. Purpose: to answer you and, if you work with me, to prepare the file. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering, then contract.

I keep messages as long as the work needs, then delete them. No marketing CRM.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion. Write to me. Complaint: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

Visitor statistics (only with your consent): after “Accept”, your browser sends the page visited, the referring page, the title, the IP address and the browser to Umami, on our own server at Hetzner in Germany (EU). Screen resolution, language and address parameters are removed. Umami forms a pseudonymous identifier from the IP, the browser and a key that changes every month, derives an approximate country and city and does not store the IP; I only see aggregated numbers. The data is deleted automatically after 25 months. Legal basis: your consent, for the access to your device (Art. 5(3) Directive 2002/58/EC, Art. 22.2 LSSI, Art. 4 Legea 506/2004, § 25 TDDDG) and for the processing on the server (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR) via “Statistics settings” in the footer.

I do not send data outside the EU for marketing. WhatsApp is yours if you use it — read their policy.
