Costa Tropical

The sea is close and winter is milder than inland. This is not Marbella, and I do not sell it as such.

Costa Tropical is for light and walking, not a yacht catalogue. Nerja is more touristy; Herradura is a closed bay; Almuñécar has year-round life. I say the difference before we book viewings.

When I have a checked house in this area, I put it under Properties. Until then, I do not fill the page with presentation prices.
