Fees

Before we look for a house, you know what I charge. Spain has no official tariff: it is agreed. I put the figure in writing in the mandate, before I start. It carries IVA at the current rate — today, 21 %.

When I represent you

You pay me. I do not also take a commission from the seller. The work is this: few houses that deserve the trip, the paper read, and I with you to the notary. A fixed amount or a percentage of the price in the escritura, plus IVA. We sign it. Until then you do not owe me the fee.

When there is a sales mandate

You pay, as the seller, as is usual here. I do not promise a date. I promise a price I can defend and the right buyer, including from Romania. The exact figure, with IVA, is in the mandate.

Rental of a vivienda habitual: the intermediación is paid by the landlord, not the tenant. I leave it here because the law says so, not because it is the centre of this work.

I do not charge you to walk into a house in a purchase. Nor the first message.
