Fees

Before we start, you know who pays. In Spain the commission is agreed; usually the seller pays. I put the figure in writing in the mandate, with IVA (today 21%).

When I represent you

You do not pay the commission — the seller does. I do not charge twice. My work: a few homes worth the trip, the paper read, and me with you to the notary. Fixed fee or a percentage of the escritura, plus IVA. Until then you do not owe me the fee.

When there is a sales mandate

You pay, as the seller. I do not promise magic deadlines. I promise a price I can defend and the right buyer — also from Romania. The exact figure with IVA is in the mandate.
