Here you buy a pace of life, not an Instagram still. Slopes and access decide whether a house is liveable.

Frigiliana and the villages around it look perfect at noon. I check winter, damp, parking, and whether the renovation exists on paper. A cortijo without water or a clear planning class does not reach you as a 'deal'.

When I have a checked house in this area, I put it under Properties. Until then, I do not fill the page with presentation prices.
