Here you buy a pace of life, not an Instagram still. Slopes and access decide whether a house is liveable.
Who it suits
Frigiliana and the villages around it look perfect at noon. I check winter, damp, parking, and whether the renovation exists on paper. A cortijo without water or a clear planning class does not reach you as a 'deal'.

First I listen: what the home is for and what you really want to spend. Then I filter the market, sometimes with colleagues, and show you a few homes worth the trip. I read the paperwork before you make an offer and go with you to the notary.
