If you write to me, it stays with me. I do not sell lists. I do not place an advertising pixel without asking.

Data: name, phone, email, what you are looking for, indicative budget. Purpose: to answer you and, if you work with me, to prepare the file. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering, then contract.

I keep messages as long as the working relationship needs, then I delete them. I do not run an advertising CRM.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion. Write to me. Complaint: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

I do not send data outside the EU for marketing. WhatsApp is yours if you use it — read their policy.
